In the field of Labour Law, the Law Firm provides assistance to businesses in terms of:
- selection and stipulation of the employment contract most suited to business needs both with reference to costs and the financial benefits afforded by a variety of laws on the subject;
- personnel management, preliminary phases of disputes and assistance in conciliation, preferably, if possible, in a protected setting, and organised and structured with the aim of avoiding legal disputes;
- in the event of worker’s conduct or behaviour requiring the company’s intervention (disciplinary proceedings, change of duties or activities related to particular company needs, dismissal, etc...), after evaluation of all existing documentation, representation of all risks or advantages inherent in a specific course of action by the company;
- legal assistance in the event of anti-union conduct by the company due to non-compliance with workers’ protection regulations.
