Education and Experience

• July 1998: Classical High School Diploma awarded by Liceo Classico G.B. Brocchi, in Bassano del Grappa (VI).
• August 2005: Participation in the Third North-South World Forum entitled “Para Relaciones econòmicas planetarias con solidas bases èticas”, sponsored by the Universidad Catolica de Salta in Buenos Aires (Argentina): participation in the “Comisiòn de Economia” attested by a Certificate of Participation.
• October 2005: Law Degree awarded by the University of Padua on 28/10/2005.
• Thesis in Tax Law: “The so-called “De-Tax”: Inspiration and Perspectives”. Thesis Advisor: Prof. Roberto Schiavolin.
• November 2005: Enrolled in the Register of Trainee Lawyers of Bassano del Grappa (VI).
• February 2006: qualification to practice before the Courts of the Court of Appeal District of Venice.
• November 2005 - November 2007: Two-year attendance at the Forensic School organised by the Bar Association of Bassano del Grappa (VI).
• October 2009: Qualification to exercise the Forensic Profession before the Court of Appeal of Venice awarded on 06/10/2009 after successful completion of the State Exam.
• 31 May, 2010: awarded the title of Specialised Mediator issued by ANPAR (National Association for Arbitration and Conciliation) after attending a training course and completing a final exam.
• 11 April 2017: was awarded the specialisation title of Tax Lawyer, by the Higher Education and Tax Law Specialisation School, organised by UNCAT (National Union of Tax Lawyers) and accredited by the National Bar Council.

Professional Experience

• November 2003 - November 2005: Practiced law at the Dissegna Law Firm, in Bassano del Grappa (VI).
• Since January 2006: sole legal practitioner and legal consultant.
• December 2005 to present: professional collaboration in the field of commercial, corporate and tax law with the “Studio Basso - Marchiorello - Chiminazzo” of Bassano del Grappa and Rome.
• December 2005 to present: collaboration with the Ethics and Economics Foundation of Bassano del Grappa (VI), and with the World Movement of Schools of Ethics and Economics in the implementation of international cooperation projects.
• December 2005 to present: collaboration with and legal consultancy in support of small and medium-sized Italian companies that invest in developing countries (in particular, in Madagascar).
• Since March 2010: Bankruptcy trustee appointed by the former Court of Bassano del Grappa, now the Court of Vicenza.
• For some years, he has been serving as the Legal Representative of the Italian-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce.
• Since September 2016: has been providing assistance and consultancy for clients seeking the Italian citizenship, and, in particular, before the Court of Rome.
• Since March 2019, Mr. Chiminazzo has been enrolled in the Higher Education School of International Lawyers, at the Milan branch in order to earn the qualification to practice international law.
• On 20 October 2021, Lawyer Luca Chiminazzo received his Certificate of Attendance issued by the Higher Training School of the Forensic Union for the protection of human rights, upon the successful completion of the course entitled "Course for International Law Practitioners".
• Since November 2021, Lawyer Chiminazzo has been enrolled on the Register of Lawyers authorised to argue cases before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
• Since 31/03/2023 registered in the register of persons appointed by the judicial authority to perform management and control functions in the procedures referred to in the crisis and insolvency code.
