The Law Firm was born within a consolidated firm of accountants and auditors "Studio Basso - Marchiorello - Chiminazzo", operating in Bassano del Grappa since 1958 and in Rome since 2003.
The synergistic collaboration between the Commercial Firm and the Law Firm immediately proved to be an indispensable tool to ensure its clients an effective and professional response and a complete range of legal services to both businesses and private individuals.

- By mobile phone for emergencies during public holidays.
- By mobile phone during working days and regular business hours.
- By email. Availability is functional to each client’s discrete needs, other than urgent reasons: to request opinions, to send documentation and similar administrative procedures. Emails are received and read Monday - Saturday, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
- Telephone contact and transfer of files and documentation via the Internet through the Skype and WhatApp channels.
- In compliance with current legislation on confidentiality and secrecy of data and their processing, each client can access his/her file on record at the Law Firm at any time.
Client records are updated by the Law Firm:
By written notice by post or email sent:
- for out-of-court activities:
- within the day following any activity relevant to out-of-court assistance;
- within the day following receipt of communication or documents relating to the file;
- for court activities:
- after two due diligence procedures at the Court’s Clerk Office;
- between 7 and 4 days prior to each hearing;
- within the day following the hearing.
Telephone communication
- the week prior to the hearing;
- as a result of due diligence performed at the Court’s Clerk Office;
- as a result of each communication or notification received.

Professional assistance fees and charges
The costs of assistance and representation are always agreed with clients in advance and finalised in a report accompanied by a cost estimate signed by the parties.
Clients are informed in advance - also through the provision of a Fee Schedule - of charges and costs according to the different (minimum and maximum) service levels and of the criteria applied to prepare the price estimate.
